Together with my advisor Gary Decru, a trauma policy was put in place with ING. In June 2008, I was unfortunately diagnosed with breast cancer. I have subsequently had the cancer removed and am now in the middle of 3 months treatment which is progressing positively. Whilst the Trauma policy payout of $212,000 cannot cure the cancer it has allowed me to focus on recovering without the pressure of financial stress."
